SGT adam Haggerty

Sergeant Adam Haggerty enlisted in 2003 from Cedar Park, Texas into the U.S. Army where he served on active duty with the 389th Army Band, AMC’s Own for more than five years. During his time with AMC’s Own, SGT Haggerty performed as a tuba player in the Brass Quintet andheld positions as a supply clerk, admin clerk, operations clerk, and unit armorer. After a brief break in service, Adam enlisted with the 36th Infantry Division Band and has served for 11 years as a tuba player in the Brass Quintet, Brass Band, and Tuba and Euphonium Quartet. SGT Haggerty is currently the Assistant Team Leader for the Texas Tubas Tuba and Euphonium Quartet, and the Assistant Squad Leader of 1st Squad/ 3rd Platoon.

SGT Haggerty earned an Associate’s of Applied Science in Neurodiagnostic Technology from Alvin Community College, and currently works at the Michael E. Debakey VA Medical Center as the Lead EEG Technologist. Adam lives with his family in Cypress, Texas.
